Terms of Service

Clovr provides AI-assisted sales coaching, including real-time call guidance and post-call analytics. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have authority to bind your organization when using Clovr on its behalf.

You are responsible for obtaining all consents and providing all notices required by applicable law before recording, transcribing, or analyzing any call through Clovr. You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable recording and privacy laws.

Program.The dealership, through Clovr’s messaging platform, sends SMS/MMS messages to customers who have opted in by submitting an inquiry. Messages include responses to inquiries, vehicle information, and follow-ups.

Opt-in and consent. By providing a mobile number through a website form, lead form, or listing inquiry and requesting contact, you agree to receive SMS messages from the dealership at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you reply STOP, no further messages will be sent except a single confirmation. Reply START to opt back in.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. The dealership is not responsible for carrier charges.

Service disclaimers. Messages may be delayed or undelivered due to carrier factors outside our control. An automated assistant may be used to help respond, and a member of the dealership team is available to follow up as needed.

No third-party marketing sharing. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.

You retain ownership of the call data and content you submit. You grant Clovr the rights needed to process that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Clovr and its software, branding, and content are owned by Clovr and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clovr disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Clovr at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or as needed to protect the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
